Before social media, we were simply social.
Today we can find any restaurant, hotel or corner of the world in seconds.
But knowing where to go doesn't necessarily mean knowing how to live a place.
At Goa, we don't just want to show you what to see.
We want to help you discover how to experience a destination in a more personal, local and conscious way.

There are many ways to travel. This is ours.

We don't want you to travel only as a tourist.
We look for people, projects, restaurants, stays and experiences with a real connection to the place.
Personal
There's no such thing as the perfect trip.
There's the trip that makes sense for you. That's why, before recommending anything, we want to get to know you.
Curious
We're driven by curiosity.
About cultures, food, stories, traditions and the little things that make each place different.
Conscious
We believe in travelling with respect.
For the people, communities, cultures and places we visit.
The trip doesn't start when you board the plane.
It starts long before.
It starts when someone asks you: “How do you want to travel?”. Not necessarily: “Where do you want to go?”.
Because maybe you don't know the destination yet.
But you do know you want to switch off, explore, eat well, have an adventure, travel slowly, feel like a local or discover something new.
And that's where Goa begins.

We don't want to give you a list of the top ten hotels on Google.
We don't want to fill your days with activities just because they're “must-dos”.
We don't want you to have to choose between twenty options.
We want to research, filter and recommend.
Because our job isn't to give you more options. It's to help you find the ones that truly make sense for you.

Goa is us.
We're two travellers who have spent our lives discovering the world with curiosity.
We like to get to know places from the inside: talking to the people who live there, tasting their food, understanding their customs and finding those small details no guidebook mentions.
Today we've turned that way of travelling into the way we work.
